About the role
Our Product Training Manager has an exciting goal for the coming years: to develop learning materials for six products across our six departments. It might sound like an easy task, but we will create tailor-made learning materials for each product and department. The goal of this project is to ensure that all employees at Element Logic in our 14 countries are well-trained and knowledgeable in our services and products - the very foundation of what we do. All our products are within software and robotics, as we optimize warehouse performance through automation for our clients.
We are looking for a Product Training Consultant who wants to be a key player in the project. Initially, we are seeking someone who can commit to the next 6-9 months, with the possibility of extending the assignment. Creating tailored training for each department requires a structured process. First, you’ll conduct workshop sessions with key stakeholders to identify the specific knowledge each department needs for every product. Next, you’ll collaborate with product owners to gain deeper insights into the product. Once the necessary information is gathered and all parties are satisfied with the learning objectives, your creativity and expertise in written English will take center stage to craft the appropriate e-learning materials, and hands-on, in-person-training. Additionally, you will train our trainers to ensure the successful implementation of our new learning objectives across the organization.
You are offered:
- Be part of an existing international project, where your contributions will impact hundreds of employees around the world.
- Take on a role that blends project management with creativity.
- Opportunity to work from home.
Work tasks
- Define learning objectives for each training audience for each of our core products.
- Develop and maintain e-learning courses using Articulate 360 and other digital tools.
- Design and deliver hands-on training where needed.
- Support the digitization of training materials via our LMS and internal training portal.
- Train and support internal trainers (i.e. support a "train the trainer" model).
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to refine training content before launch.
- Apply project management best practices to ensure the timely and efficient execution of training initiatives.
We are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Learning & Development, Media Studies, Marketing, Computer Science, Graphic Design, UX Design, or a related field. Relevant experience can be considered in place of formal education.
- 2+ years of experience in developing written educational content.
- Strong pedagogical and project management skills.
- Fluently in English, both written and spoken.
It is considered a merit if you have:
- Experience in graphic design and video production for training materials.
- Experience in product training with a focus on user needs.
- Experience in delivering training.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate) and LMS platforms.
To succeed in the role, your personal skills are:
- Structured – You are organized, plan your tasks methodically, and work with a clear approach.
- Goal-oriented – You believe in your ability to achieve your desired outcomes and persist in your efforts to reach them.
- Curious – You are open-minded, explorative, and embrace change when necessary.
