We see your potential – beyond the CV
No two candidates are the same. Our tried and tested recruitment process goes beyond the CV to identify skillset and motivation to pair candidates with the right role.
An evidence-based approach to deliver high performance
Creating the perfect fit between you as a candidate and the organisation you will help grow is done through a number of parameters. We use an evidence-based recruitment approach to ensure fairness, minimise bias and promote diversity and inclusion. But we also look beyond the traditional recruitment methods to find your unique set of skills to offer insights and advice on the next step in your career.

Tests in the recruitment process
Psychometric testing – a useful tool
Using tests in recruitment lets us focus on your potential for the future, rather than just past background acheivements. Experience becomes less important when we have something reliable to follow that better predicts future job performance. This means that you doesn't necessarily need to have the "right" qualifications and experience to be considered for your dream job – you can also be selected based on your potential.
The personality test
The adaptive personality test by Alva Labs is based on the Five-Factor Model, which is the most well-established and widely accepted personality model in the world. The Five-Factor Model includes five key personality dimensions which candidates are mapped to: Conscientiousness, Agreeableness, Extraversion, Openness, and Emotional Stability. The test takes approximately 15 minutes.
The logic test
Alva Labs' logic test measures problem-solving skills and adaptability, both strongly correlated with work performance. The test takes about 15 minutes and adjusts based on your responses, making it one of the most effective and accurate tests for logical ability. It is also scientifically proven to predict future job performance.
